The construction method is implemented at the following steps: 1, pre-burying prestressed steel bars when an upper rotary table or the concrete pier is constructed, when the concrete pier is constructed, an outer wrapping force transfer steel plate on the outer surface of the concrete pier, fixedly connecting shear studs II to the inner side of the outer wrapping force transfer steel plate, and preserving a pier top post-pouring section at the top of the outer wrapping force transfer steel plate; 2, after the steel box girder is in place, welding the outer wrapping force transfer steel plate and a web plate and a diaphragm plate of the steel box girder together, welding a bearing plate into the steel box girder, forming a combined concrete pouring section below the bearing plate, and fixedly connecting shear studs I to the inner sides of the web plate and the diaphragm plate of a to-be-poured pouring section; pouring micro expansion concrete; and 4 after the micro expansion concrete reaches the design strength, tensioning the prestress steel bars and anchoring the upper ends of the prestress steel bars on the bearing plate, and then completing duct grouting.
