Embodiment 1

[0021] The invention discloses a butterfly optical cable (see attached figure 1 , 2 ), including: a pair of reinforcing pieces 1 and a main piece 2, the pair of reinforcing pieces 1 are respectively arranged on both sides of the main piece 2; The edge 3 is connected with the main part 2 through the adhesive layer 4, the sharp edge 3 protrudes to the inside of the main part 2, the sharp edge 3 is connected to the extension part 5, and the extension part 5 covers the outer surface of the reinforcement part 1 ; The sharp edge 3 and the extension 5 are made of pressure-resistant materials; the main part 2 is provided with a foam layer 6, and the foam layer 6 is made of a foam material, and the foam material is filled with nitrogen, nitrogen The pressure is greater than or equal to 1.5 standard atmospheric pressure, the optical fiber 7 is arranged in the foam layer 6 ; the radial height of the main part 2 is less than or equal to the radial height of the reinforcement part 1 . In...

Embodiment 2

[0025] The sharp edge 3 is a rod-shaped structure on the protruding section, and the tip of the sharp edge 3 has a beak (see attached image 3 ), the pointed edge 3 is connected to the main part 2 through the adhesive layer 4 . The adhesive layer 4 is other materials with low density and low adhesive strength.

[0026] When implementing the embodiment of the present invention, hold the two ends of the reinforcing piece, apply force to the left and right respectively, separate the reinforcing piece and the main piece, obtain deep openings on both sides of the main piece, peel off the insulating material on the main piece from the opening, and finally simply peel off the hair. Bubble material to get bare fiber.

Abstract

The invention discloses a butterfly optical cable, which comprises a pair of reinforcing members and a main member. The pair of reinforcing members are arranged at the two sides of the main member. The side, close to the main member, of each reinforcing member is provided with a sharp edge. The sharp edges are connected with the main member through adhesion layers respectively; the sharp edges protrude to the inner sides of the main member; the sharp edges are connected with extension portions; the extension portions cover the outer surfaces of the reinforcing members; the sharp edges and the extension portions are made of a pressure-resistant material; the main member is internally provided with a foaming layer; the foaming layer is made of a foam material; the foam material is internally filled with nitrogen, nitrogen pressure being larger than or equal to 1.5 standard atmospheric pressure; an optical fiber is arranged in the foaming layer; and the radial height of the main member is smaller than or equal to that of the reinforcing member. Through the arrangement of the reinforcing members having the sharp edges and the extension portions, the pressure-resistant performance of the reinforcing members is better; meanwhile, the sharp edges are connected with the main member through adhesion layers respectively, so that the sharp edges can be separated from the main member more easily, and after separation, the main member forms two opposite grooves; and the optical fiber can be obtained by tearing away the foaming layer. The cable is simple to operate and excellent in protection performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of optical fiber and cable production, in particular to a butterfly cable. Background technique [0002] Butterfly optical cable is a new type of user access optical cable. According to different application environments and laying conditions, the optical cable structure and various technical parameters are reasonably designed, and it combines the characteristics of indoor flexible optical cable and self-supporting optical cable. Butterfly optical cable is the best candidate product for FTTX network solutions, and plays a unique role in the establishment of intelligent buildings, digital communities, campus networks, local area networks and other networks. [0003] Existing butterfly optical cables: 1) adopt rounded square, runway, and 8-shaped designs, often twisted during the wiring process, and because the butterfly optical cable is a tight structure, stress is generated on the optical fiber, resulting in attenuati...
