Abstract

The invention discloses an epoxy resin in a double-crosslinked-network structure and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of resin-base composite materials. The invention provides an epoxy resin which is in a double-crosslinked-network structure. The obtained epoxy resin material has greatly higher comprehensive properties (such as mechanical properties, heat resistance and the like) than common epoxy resins due to the double-crosslinked-network structure. The tensile strength of the epoxy resin is 115-125 MPa, and is enhanced by 40-52% as compared with the common epoxy resin. The elongation at break is 6.8-8%, and is enhanced by 58-86% as compared with the common epoxy resin. The critical stress intensity factor is 1.45-1.67, and is enhanced by 88-117% as compared with the common epoxy resin. The glass transition temperature of the obtained epoxy resin is 250-280 DEG C, and is enhanced by 30-60 DEG C as compared with the common epoxy resin.
