Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an automatic cooking method and system, intelligent cooking equipment and an intelligent oven so as to solve the problem existing in a conventional cooking process. The method comprises the following steps of setting the equipment state of the intelligent cooking equipment for cooking according to cooking parameters corresponding to a cooking condition in the current cooking control instructions of the intelligent cooking equipment, wherein the cooking control instructions are resolved from a selected cloud recipes; and after the intelligent cooking equipment executes the cooking control instructions required for the whole cooking process, generating prompt information for reminding a user of completion of cooking.
