Problems solved by technology

This method uses a computer screen as a playback entity, so that the background of the coaxially oppositely collected video is constantly changing, and the behavior analysis software cannot remove the background interference, so that the accurate tracking of the target animal's action trajectory cannot be achieved.

Embodiment Construction

[0040] The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0041] The schematic diagram of an embodiment of the behavior testing system of the present invention is as figure 1 shown. Wherein, 2 is an infrared light source, 3 is an infrared camera, and the object 1 to be measured is located between the infrared light source 2 and the infrared camera 3 . The infrared light source 2 projects infrared light 4 to the object 1 to be measured. The infrared camera 3 shoots an infrared image towards the object 1 to be measured, and the infrared image includes the object 1 to be measured. The object 1 to be tested may be an animal located in a behavior test box, such as a zebrafish or the like. In one embodiment, the uniform infrared light that reaches the object to be measured can be uniform infrared light 4 emitted by the infrared light source 2, or the infrared light emitted by th...

Abstract

The invention provides a controllable zebra fish behavior testing system capable of simulating live action by projection and relates to the field of medical and pharmacological basic researches. The behavior testing system provided by the invention comprises an infrared light source and an infrared camera, wherein an object to be detected can be arranged between the infrared light source and the infrared camera; the infrared light source is used for projecting infrared light to the object to be detected; and the infrared camera is used for photographing an infrared image of the object to be detected. The behavior testing system provided by the invention can obtain the infrared image comprising the object to be detected by adopting an infrared light source irradiation manner and an infrared light source collection manner, so that influences on a background image can be eliminated and a clear movement track of the object to be detected is obtained by utilizing changes of the infrared image, caused by the fact that the object to be detected shields the infrared light; and the accuracy of collecting behavior tracks of the object to be detected is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of basic medical and pharmacological research, in particular to a zebrafish behavior test system with controllable projection and simulated real scene. Background technique [0002] Zebrafish is a small subtropical freshwater fish. As a model organism for vertebrates, its organ system and physiological functions are highly similar to mammals, and its genome is highly homologous to humans at 85%. Zebrafish can be used as an alternative model in pharmacological experiments , providing important data for new drug development and mechanism research. Zebrafish are very sensitive to changes in the external environment, and will produce changes in cognition and emotion, and then show complex behavioral responses. This has high research significance in the field of neuropsychiatric behavior research. How to scientifically study scene changes and behavior The relationship between responses is technically more difficult. [0...
