Abstract

A device and a method for testing the lubrication performance of a water-lubricated bearing under the working condition of axis misalignment are provided. The device comprises a mechanical system, a water supply system, and a signal test system. The mechanical system comprises a test shaft, a test bearing, and a bearing sleeve. The test shaft is supported by rolling bearings, and is fixed axially and circumferentially. An aligning ball bearing is installed at the outer side of the bearing sleeve, the outer circle of the aligning ball bearing is connected with a loading rod through a loading ring, axial baffles are installed on the two end faces of the bearing sleeve, outer hexagonal universal balls are used to press against the axial baffles, and the position of the upper right baffle is adjusted by a micrometer head. The water supply system comprises a water tank, a pump, a water return trough, and a pipeline. Water enters the test bearing to lubricate the test bearing, a small gap is left between an end cover and the test shaft, and overflowing water flows back to the water return trough and is filtered and then recycled to the water tank.
