Heat exchangers are arranged in the air inlet pipeline and composed of the one-stage or two-stage or multi-stage front heat exchanger and the rear heat exchanger, or the length of heat exchange pipelines of the heat exchangers is not smaller than 400 mm. Cooking fume entering the air inlet pipeline is fully heated into cooking fume gas when passing through the heat exchangers, and then the cooking fume gas enters the burner to participate in combustion. According to the efficient and energy-saving commercial gas stove, the recovered cooking fume is subjected to secondary preheating or long-distance preheating before the cooking fume is heated and participates in combustion, the cooking fume participating in combustion is heated more easily and subjected to complete combustion, and the combustion performance of the cooking fume can be obviously improved.
