Abstract

The invention relates to a defect repair method of an upper mold body of a high-temperature super-plastic forming mold. The defect repair method comprises the steps that an inverted-cone cavity is machined in the proper position of the to-be-repaired surface of the upper mold body; the inverted-cone cavity is filled with a silica powder containing hybrid welding filling agent till the hybrid welding filling agent overflows out of the surface of the super-plastic forming mold; the hybrid welding filling agent in the cavity is compacted through a static pressure method to form a hardened blank; the upper mold body and a lower mold body are compounded to be conveyed into a super-plastic forming machine to be heated, nitrogen is introduced all the time in the heating process, and the hybrid welding filling agent is prevented from being oxidized; when the furnace temperature rises to 1,100 DEG C or above, the nitrogen and silica powder in the hybrid welding filling agent generate a sintering chemical reaction to generate silicon nitride ceramic, the furnace temperature is controlled, and the process lasts for 48 hours till a pre-sintering reaction finishes; and mold standing is carried out till the temperature reaches the room temperature, a cured tight-junction blank is formed by the silicon nitride ceramic formed by sintering of the hybrid welding filling agent and the super-plastic forming mold, and the sintered high-temperature super-plastic forming mold is conveyed to a numerical control machining center to be machined to be qualified.
