Abstract

The HDPE composite material comprises a basic layer, cladding layers and HDPE piece layers; the basic layer adopts I-shaped PE plastic; the cladding layers are respectively compounded on two side surfaces of the basic layer, and are aluminum foil layers; and the outer surfaces of the cladding layers are compounded with the HDPE piece layers. A high-strength composite HDPE strip is formed by compounding the HDPE piece layers, the PE plastic layer and the aluminum foil metal layers; the geocell manufactured by the HDPE strip compounded by the mode is high in strength and toughness and excellent in stability; after direct bonding positioning, the HDPE piece layers and the PE plastic layer are compounded through heating to melt the aluminum foil metal layers; and finally, the compression molding is performed through mechanical pressure to enhance the strength and the stability of whole structure.
