Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described in conjunction with concrete implementation now.

[0026] The continuous extraction steps of the continuous extraction method of different organic components in the soil of the present invention are:

[0027] 1. Soil sample collection and pretreatment:

[0028] Sampling location: sampling point 1-natural secondary forest (denoted as N; latitude and longitude: 109°11.873'E 19°5.618'N; altitude: 1145m); sampling point 2-first-generation rubber forest (denoted as FG; latitude and longitude: 109°3.587' E 19°8.784'N; altitude: 133m); sampling point 3-second-generation rubber forest (denoted as SG; longitude and latitude: 109°24.275E 19°28.555'N; altitude 125M).

[0029] The samples were collected from the 0-20cm soil layer (denoted as layer a) and the 20-40cm soil layer (denoted as b layer); each sampling point was collected with 3 replicates. The sample numbers are marked as: N-1-a, N-2-a; N-3-a; N-1-b; N-2-b; N-3-b; FG-1-a;...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural production, and discloses a method for continuously extracting different organic components in soil. The method comprises the step of continuously extracting particulate organic matters (POM), particulate black charcoal (POM-BC), humic acid (HA), fulvic acid (FA), easily extractable glomalin-related soil protein (EE-GRSP), hard extractable glomalin-related soil protein (HE-GRSP), sodium citrate easily extractable dissolved organic matters (EE-DOC), sodium citrate hard extractable dissolved organic matters (HE-DOC), residual organic matters (Residual) and bound black charcoal (B-BC). The method mainly comprises the following steps of (1) collecting and pretreating a soil sample; (2) preparing a reagent; (3) continuously extracting the different organic components; (4) measuring carbon content of the extracted organic components; (5) calculating the carbon content of the different organic components. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the different organic components are continuously extracted and separated out, the problems that only one organic component can be extracted every time and the matters of the extracted different organic components are overlapped by utilization of the traditional method are solved, and meanwhile the extraction rate of the organic matters in the soil is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a set of methods for separating and extracting soil organic matter components in the technical field of agricultural production. Specifically, it is a set of different components of soil organic matter, granular organic matter (POM), granular black carbon (POM-BC), humic acid (HA), fulvic acid (FA), easily extractable Glomus EE-GRSP, difficult-to-extractable glomycin-related protein (HE-GRSP), sodium citrate easily-extractable soluble organic matter (EE-DOC), sodium citrate difficult-to-extractable soluble organic matter (HE-DOC ), residual organic matter (Residual) and bound black carbon (B-BC), which are separated by continuous extraction, and the method of measuring the carbon content of different components. technical background [0002] Soil organic matter (SOM) is an important component of soil, which plays an important role in improving the physical and chemical properties of soil and the growth of plants. It is also an...
