Embodiment Construction

[0023] The device of the present invention is used on a high-voltage electrostatic separator, and the structure of the existing high-voltage electrostatic separator is as follows: figure 1 As shown, it is mainly composed of a feeder 1, a conveyor belt 2, a rotating roller 6, a brush 5, a corona electrode 7, a deflection electrode 8 and a collector, wherein the rotating roller 6 is grounded, and its surface is mainly divided into charging Zone 3 and adsorption zone 4, corona electrode 7 and deflection electrode 8 are all connected to the negative pole of the high voltage power supply. The electrostatic separation process is: a strong corona discharge occurs between the corona electrode 7 (generally connected to a negative high voltage of tens of thousands of volts) and the roller 6 (made of iron or stainless steel), so that the air around the corona wire is ionized , a large amount of electrons, positive ions and negative ions are generated, a non-uniform electric field is form...

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-voltage electrostatic sorting-machine roller-surface real-time current density measurement method and a correlation measurement apparatus. The method comprises the following steps of (1) pasting a circle of relatively-insulated copper foil adhesive tape on a roller surface; (2) installing a real-time current output mechanism at a position corresponding to an effective charged area position so as to carry out real-time derivation on a current on the copper foil adhesive tape in the effective charged area; and (3) using a single chip microcomputer current acquisition system to measure the value of the current flowing through the corresponding copper foil adhesive tape on the roller surface contacted with each carbon brush, calculating and drawing a current density distribution curve. The method and the apparatus are high-efficient and practical and are easy to realize. Measurement result precision is high. A problem that a roller surface current density of an electrostatic sorting machine under a work state and distribution can not be measured in real time is solved. The method and the apparatus have an important meaning for further improvement of a future high-voltage electrostatic sorting machine design.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the measurement of the surface current density of the rotating roller of an electrostatic separator, in particular to a real-time current density measuring device and method for measuring the surface of a rotating roller of a high-voltage electrostatic separator. Background technique [0002] High-voltage electrostatic separation is a common method for separating metals and non-metals, and it can separate particles with a size smaller than 0.1 mm. The electrostatic separation method was first used in the mining industry to process ores. Since the metal grade in electronic products is equivalent to dozens or even hundreds of times the metal grade in ordinary minerals, the current high-voltage electrostatic separation technology has been widely used in the recycling of waste circuit boards. . High-voltage electrostatic separation is to build a high-voltage electrostatic field inside the sorter, and use the difference in conducti...
