Abstract

The invention provides a method for testing and evaluating performance of front silver paste for a solar cell. The method includes following steps: 1, self-making a test printing pattern screen plate, and enabling the test printing pattern screen plate to have design line width and distance-variable test line arrangement matched with a production line; 2, coating the self-made test printing pattern screen plate with the front silver paste for the solar cell; 3, using a printer to print the front of the solar cell on a monocrystalline silicon wafer with a quarter plated with PE film by using the silver paste; 4, sintering the monocrystalline silicon wafer after being printed with the silver paste; 5, using a resistance tester to test line resistance of printed patterns on the sintered monocrystalline silicon wafer, and recording a line resistance testing numerical value; 6, comparing the line resistance testing numerical value acquired in the step 5 with a line resistance testing numerical value of a basic sample to complete evaluation on performance of the front silver paste for the solar cell. The method is simple to operate, low in testing cost, short in data reflection period, high in evaluation accuracy and capable of simulating printing line type of the cell production line.
