The production technology comprises the following steps of taking brown rice of which the cadmium content is 0.2-1.0mg / kg, cleaning the taken brown rice, disinfecting the cleaned brown rice, placing the disinfected brown rice in a first compounding cadmium-free solution of which the pH is 3.5-4.5, and soaking the disinfected brown rice in the first compounding cadmium-free solution for 20-28h; then performing separation so as to obtain soaked brown rice, and placing the soaked brown rice in a second compounding cadmium-free solution of which the PH is 4.5-5.5 until the brown rice is completely immersed; performing first germination acceleration for 50-70h, and then taking out the brown rice after the first germination acceleration; and then adding distilled water until the brown rice is completely immersed, performing second germination acceleration for 10-15h, then taking out the brown rice after the second germination acceleration, performing inactivation, and performing drying so as to obtain the cadmium-free germinated brown rice.
