Abstract

The invention relates to a tester for micromechanical properties of biological soft tissue. The tester comprises a support and a micro force test assembly; the support is provided with a sample test board, a pressure test head facing the sample test board and a driving mechanism driving the pressure test head to move towards the sample test board or move in the direction opposite to the sample test board; the micro force test assembly comprises a first guide pipe, a first piston which is movably connected with the first guide pipe and connected with the sample test board in a supporting mode, a second guide pipe, a second piston movably connected with the second guide pipe, a pressure amplification board connected with the second piston and a force sensor conducting stress testing on the pressure amplification board, wherein the first guide pipe and the second guide pipe are communicated through a hose, and the sectional area of the sample test board is smaller than that of the pressure amplification board.
