Abstract

The invention discloses a slashing method of terylene fabric yarns. The slashing method comprises following steps: 1, by weight, 1 to 2 parts of solid acrylic acid, 1.3 parts of carbonic ester, 1.8 parts of carbamide, 0.9 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, and 12 parts of natural starch are added into 35 parts of deionized water successively for uniform stirring; 2, by weight, 1.3 parts of glycerol monostearate, 0.9 part of sodium sulfamate, 0.4 part of potassium tetraborate, and 1.2 parts of sodium pentachlorophenate are added successively, stirring is carried out continuously until uniform mixing is achieved so as to obtain a slurry solution; and 3, yarns are immersed in the slurry solution for sizing, the excess slurry solution is removed via pressing, and drying is carried out. After sizing, yarn hastiness is tractable, strength is increased obviously, wear resistance is excellent, and yarn stretching maintaining performance is excellent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sizing process of polyester fabric yarn. Background technique [0002] The warp yarns of fabrics such as cotton, viscose and synthetic fibers mostly pass through sizing before weaving; and the performance of existing sizing liquid needs to be improved. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a sizing process of polyester fabric yarn, after sizing, the hairiness of the yarn fits closely, the strength is significantly improved, the wear resistance is good, and the stretch retention performance of the yarn is good. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to design a kind of sizing process of polyester fabric yarn, comprising the steps: [0005] 1) Put 1 to 2 parts by weight of solid acrylic acid, 1.3 parts by weight of carbonate, 1.8 parts by weight of carbonamide, 0.9 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl cellulose, and 12 parts ...
