Abstract

The invention provides a freezing solution for cardiac stem cell. The stem cell comprises a DMEM basic medium, fetal bovine serum, vitamin E, trehalose and hydroxyethyl starch. The dose of fetal bovine serum is 0.8-2.0% of the weight of the DMEM basic medium. The density of the vitamin E is 18-25 micro mol/Ls. The density of the trehalose is 0.1-0.3 mol/L. The dose of the hydroxyethyl starch is 10-13% of the weight of the DMEM basic medium. A freezing method using the freezing solution is also provided. The freezing solution has no toxic protective agent such as DMSO, and has utterly good cell recovery rate as high as 94.55% for the freezing of cardiac stem cell.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of cell technology, and in particular relates to a cryopreservation solution and a cryopreservation method for cardiac stem cells. Background technique [0002] Myocardial infarction is one of the major diseases that seriously threaten human health. Once it occurs, it will cause irreversible changes in cardiac function. In the early stage, myocardial cell necrosis and dissolution will occur, and in the later stage, cardiac enlargement will occur. Quality of Life. The current existing treatment methods include: drug therapy, coronary intervention and coronary artery bypass grafting, etc. Although the above treatments can improve the symptoms of patients, they cannot fundamentally solve the problem of regeneration and repair of myocardial cells and blood vessels. [0003] At present, myocardial stem cell transplantation has become a new hot spot in myocardial regeneration therapy, and this technology is expected to bri...
