Abstract

The invention provides a virtual power plant economic and safe scheduling optimization method, comprising the following steps: (1) inputting predicted data of electricity price and wind turbine output; inputting a market contract parameter and a penalty parameter; inputting gas turbine and pumped storage power station parameters; and building a virtual power plant economic scheduling model, which includes constructing an optimization goal (namely, building a function with maximum profit as the objective), and constructing constraints: upper and lower limit constraints of power output, ramp rate constraint of power output, maximum and minimum start-stop time constraints of a controllable power supply, and energy balance constraint; (2) inputting distribution network structure parameters and power flow constraint parameters; and building a virtual power plant safe scheduling model, including power constraint of a line, node voltage constraint, and exchange power constraint of the connecting point between a distribution network and a main network; and (3) calling GAMS software to solve a built nonlinear mixed integer programming model, and outputting the optimization result. Through the scheduling scheme obtained in the invention, safe and stable operation of the power grid is ensured while economy is improved.
