The V1 valve, the V4 valve, the water storage tank, the V6 valve and the V2 valve are connected through a pipeline to form a passage. The input end of the V3 valve is arranged on the pipeline between the V1 valve and the V4 valve. The V5 valve is connected to the pipeline between the refrigeration host and the chilled water pump and the pipeline between the water storage tank and the V6 valve. The chilled water pump is arranged on the pipeline between the V2 valve and the V6 valve.
