AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This technology allows us to improve our ability to analyze small amounts of natural substances like phytonema by concentrating them into smaller parts that make it easier to detect these compounds. It also makes analyzing complex mixtures faster than previous methods while maintaining high precision. Additionally, this new technique does away with certain types of chemical reagents which were previously necessary when studying plants' behavioral responses during stress conditions.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in previous researches relates to improving the efficiency and accuracy of analyzing certain types of compounds called phytolins found naturally throughout vegetation during their life cycle or at any stage within them. Previous techniques have resulted in lower recoveries with higher costs compared to more accurate analyzes like liquid-solution extractions. Additionally, current preprocessing procedures may result in reduced signal intensity that can affect detectability even if only one specific component was present.

Embodiment 1

[0037] A pretreatment method for multiple endogenous plant hormones in plant samples, the main steps are as follows:

[0038] (1) Accurately weigh 50 mg of plant tissue (take the paddy rice at the seedling stage in parallel, the paddy rice at the tillering stage, the leaves and flower spikes at the filling stage, the leaves and flower spikes at the mature stage, and the plant tissues of these different parts of the roots of rice in parallel as Plant samples for pre-treatment and subsequent quantitative detection), transferred to a 1.5mL centrifuge tube, and quantitatively added isotope internal standards of various endogenous plant hormones[ 2 h 2 ]IAA(1.0ng),[ 2 h 6 ]ABA(1.0ng), 2H-JA(1.0ng)[ 2 h 4 ]SA(50ng),[ 2 h 2 ]GA 1 (0.5ng), [ 2 h 2 ]GA 4 (0.5ng), [ 2 h 2 ]GA 5 (0.5ng), [ 2 h 2 ]GA 6 (0.5ng), [ 2 h 2 ]GA 7 (0.5ng), [ 2 h 2 ]GA 8 (0.5ng), [ 2 h 2 ]GA 9 (0.5ng), [ 2 h 2 ]GA 12 (0.5ng), [ 2 h 2 ]GA 15 (0.5ng), [ 2 h 2 ]GA 20 (0.5ng), [ 2 ...

Abstract

The invention provides a pretreatment method and a simultaneous quantitative detecting method for multiple endogenous plant hormones in a plant sample. The method comprises 1) quantitatively adding isotope internal labels for the multiple endogenous plant hormones inside the plant sample, and then obtaining a sample solution through solvent extraction; 2) decontaminating the sample solution obtained from the step 1) with graphitized carbon black materials as purification agent to obtain to-be-detected solutions of the multiple endogenous plant hormones in the plant sample; 3) collecting response data of the obtained to-be-detected solutions of the multiple endogenous plant hormones in the plant sample through analytical instruments, and then simultaneously and quantitatively detecting the multiple endogenous plant hormones in the plant sample through the internal labeling method. The pretreatment method and the simultaneous quantitative detecting method for the multiple endogenous plant hormones in the plant sample are simple, rapid, solvent-economic, easy to operate, high in accuracy and capable of achieving enrichment and purification of low-content endogenous plant hormones as well as simultaneous quantitative detection.
