Abstract

The invention discloses an online test device of distribution states of lubricating oil films of a cylinder sleeve and a piston assembly. The online test device comprises a base, a power unit used for providing reciprocating motion, a piston, a first gaseous ring, a second gaseous ring, an oil scraping ring, a quartz cylinder sleeve, a cylinder body, an optical measurement unit, a heating unit, a lubricating unit and a rotation unit. The optical measurement unit is used for measuring the fluorescence intensity of an oil film of a piston ring of the cylinder sleeve. The heating unit is used for increasing temperature of the lubricating oil. The lubricating unit is used for providing the lubricating oil for the piston ring of the cylinder sleeve. The rotation unit is used for controlling the angle of the cylinder sleeve. The cylinder body is fixed to a rotation face of the rotation unit. The quartz cylinder sleeve is fixed on the cylinder body. The piston is embedded in the quartz cylinder sleeve through the first gaseous ring, the second gaseous ring and the oil scraping ring, thereby achieving dynamic seal. A connection rod of the power unit is hinged to the piston, thereby achieving reciprocating driving. The optical measurement unit motivates the fluorescence dye through laser. A high speed camera acquires the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescence dye.
