[0061] DCLR is a by-product produced by China Shenhua Coal-to-Liquid Chemical Co., Ltd. in Inner Mongolia, in powder form. Soxhlet extractor was used to extract DCLR with tetrahydrofuran solvent to obtain THFS. The performance of THFS was tested according to the relevant regulations in the "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" (JTG E20-2011), see Table 1.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing tetrahydrofuran soluble (THFS) substance-modified asphalt in direct coal liquefaction residues (DCLR). The method comprises the following steps: 1) detecting each performance of THFS AND matrix asphalt in DCLR; 2) detecting an orthogonal test scheme in three factors and three levels, 3) using a penetration grading system to determining the preparation technology of THFS asphalt; 4) determining the preparation technology of the THFS-modified asphalt by a grey relational analysis method; 5) comparing the penetration grading system and the grey relational analysis, and determining the optimum preparation technology of the THFS-modified asphalt; 6) preparing the modified asphalt under different THFS doping amounts according to the optimum preparation technology of the THFS-modified asphalt; and 7) by using the penetration grading system and a SHRP PG grading system to evaluate each performance of the THFS-modified asphalt, and determining the optimum doping amount of THFS. The method is characterized in that DCLR is extracted as a modifier, and then is added into the asphalt, which overcome the defect in the prior art, and the invention also provides the improved preparation method for the THFS-modified asphalt in DCLR, and the added value of the DCLR is increased.
