The image processing method includes acquiring multi-frame fluorescent two-dimensional image data according to a to-be-imaged object; taking the fluorescent two-dimensional image data as input, and establishing a first equation according to a diffusion equation theory, wherein the first equation is used for describing a relationship between real target distribution of fluorescence molecular probes of the to-be-imaged object and the fluorescent two-dimensional image data; solving the first equation according to a preset solving method so as to obtain final reconstruction target distribution of the fluorescence molecular probes of the to-be-imaged object, wherein the final reconstruction target distribution is used for describing a three-dimensional reconstruction result of tomography of the fluorescence molecular probes of the to-be-imaged object.
