Abstract

The invention discloses a thermal fusing welding method of electrolytic tank anode rods and steel claws. The method comprises following steps: a reinforced structure mold is welded to a steel claw; a steel plate is welded to the reinforced mold so that a cavity is formed between the steel plate and the mold; the cavity is filled with asbestos wool glued by waterglass; the steel claw welding surface is preheated to 700 DEG C and above and then quickly taken off and installed on a welding rack; an anode rod is put in the reinforced structure mold and then the anode rod and the steel claw are fixed; the periphery where the reinforced structure mold and the anode rod are contacted is pasted with a layer of mud; then the steel claw welding surface is heated to 1100 DEG C and above; solder is added to a crucible barrel and matches are inserted in; the crucible is fixed on the welding rack and positioned above the pouring gate; the matches are ignited so that the solder takes reaction; after pouring, the welded joint is naturally cooled, slag is removed.
