Abstract

The system comprises a heat collecting unit, a low-temperature multi-effect distilling unit, a refrigeration unit and a cold accumulation unit, wherein the heat collecting unit is used for supplying a heat source to the low-temperature multi-effect distilling unit; the cold accumulation unit is used for cooling a high-temperature material which flows by the low-temperature multi-effect distilling unit; the cold energy of the cold accumulation unit is supplied by the refrigeration unit. The invention discloses a seawater desalination process which utilizes the system. According to the system provided by the invention, the night low-cost off-peak electric power resource is converted into high-quality cold energy and then is stored by the refrigeration unit and the phase-change cold accumulation device; the heat energy in a solar energy heat collector is transferred to the raw material seawater by the nanometer fluid so that the seawater can evaporate; the phase-change cold accumulation device can supply the cold load required by steam devaporation; the problem of cold load dynamic matching of the solar seawater desalination device is solved; the seawater desalination cost is lowered; the function of peak shifting and valley filling of the power grid load can be achieved; the electricity efficiency is increased; the environmental pollution is reduced.
