The processing agent is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 20 to 60% of cement, 20 to 60% of aluminum sulfate, 0 to 50% of poly(aluminum chloride), 0 to 60% of bentonite, 0 to 30% of calcium sulfate, and 0 to 10% of phosphorus pentoxide, wherein the total percentage by weight is 100%.
