Abstract

The invention discloses a distributed type optical fiber vibration and temperature double-physical-quantity sensing and positioning system based on double Mach-Zehnder interference and Raman back scattering. The system comprises a light source, an optical circulator, a wavelength division multiplexer (WDM), a photoelectric detector, an optical fiber coupler, a sensing optical cable, a data acquisition card, an optical isolator and a computer, wherein the light source adopts two laser devices with different wavelengths and adopts a wavelength division multiplexing technology; temperature sensing is realized on one sensing arm in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer; meanwhile, the temperature sensing and an optical signal for vibration sensing do not influence each other; and finally, sensing and positioning of two physical quantities including vibration and temperature are realized in at least two sensing optical fibers. The method can be used for effectively reducing occupation on the sensing optical fibers in an optical fiber chain. Compared with a manner of detecting a vibration signal and a temperature signal by utilizing two technologies, the method has the effects of effectively saving optical fiber resources and realizing continuous real-time sensing.
