The system comprises a vacuum pump, a first valve, a container to be tested, a second valve, a constant temperature box, a pressure sensor, a third valve, a fourth valve and a nitrogen source; the vacuum pump is communicated with the container to be tested through the first valve; the second valve is connected with the container to be tested and is adopted as a vent valve of the container to be tested; the pressure sensor is communicated with the container to be tested; the nitrogen source is connected with the container to be tested through the third valve; the fourth valve is installed between the third valve and the nitrogen source; and the container to be tested is placed in the constant temperature box. When the leakage rate of the complex container is measured, the container to be tested is arranged in the constant temperature box; nitrogen is introduced into the container, so that the inner pressure of the container can achieve about 1 atm+1000Pa; the relationship curve of the pressure intensity change of the container and time is recorded; and the overall leakage rate of the container is calculated through the change rate of pressure intensity.
