Abstract

The invention discloses a sea-ground integrated communication system based on a stratosphere platform and a ship-borne relay station. The system comprises the stratosphere platform, a ground base station and the ship-borne relay station; the ground 4G base station transmits information to be transmitted to a 4G base station carried on the stratosphere platform via an access link and performs information exchange on the stratosphere platform, then the stratosphere platform transmits the information to the ship-borne relay station via a wireless return link, and the ship-borne relay station transmits the information to 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) terminals of users on a ship via a relay link. The system realizes a sea-ground integrated 4G cellular network, effectively extends a land 4G network to the sea, eliminates the coverage blindness of the 4G network on the sea, increases the network coverage, and better meets the communication requirement of users on the sea.
