Abstract

The invention provides a wearable auxiliary device for equipment maintenance and a visual guidance method for the equipment maintenance. The wearable auxiliary device includes but is not limited to a head mounted sensor bracket, a depth vision sensor, a wearable processor, a handheld flat-panel liquid crystal display and a back-end server. The visual maintenance guidance method can provide key auxiliary functions, such as equipment guidance approach, equipment state identification, equipment maintenance and assembly visualization virtual guidance, for workers. When the workers are not familiar with to-be-maintained objects and assembly operation steps, the device and the method can help the workers, and the working efficiency and the operation standardization and accuracy of the workers are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wearable guidance, in particular to a wearable auxiliary device for equipment maintenance and a visual guidance method for equipment maintenance. Background technique [0002] Industrial equipment inspection and operation and maintenance are faced with problems such as multiple tasks, complicated data, complex operating procedures, and frequent personnel changes. With the development of information technology, smart wearable devices represented by Google glasses have achieved many innovative applications in consumer electronics, industry, medical and other fields. After 2013, DAQRI, Atheer and other companies applied wearable technology to steel mills, electric power, petrochemical and other industrial production, improving the level and efficiency of operations. In the case that workers are not familiar with the environment and operating tasks, the Wearable Assisted System (WAS) technology is introduced...
