The invention relates to a roof structure and an application construction method of the same. The roof structure comprises cross beams, a first supporting part, a second supporting part, a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer and a metal plate, wherein the first supporting part and the second supporting part are both placed on the cross beams and connected with the cross beams; the first insulating layer is arranged on the first supporting part; the second insulating layer is placed on the second supporting part; an air layer is formed between the second and first insulating layers; and the metal plate covers the cross beams, the first supporting part, the second supporting part, the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer to form an integral body for the roof structure. The outward-spreading speed of heat inside the room can be reduced due to the tight air layer formed between the first and second insulating layers; the roof structure is covered by the metal plate, so an entire roof structure can be formed and a stable insulating and heat-insulating system can be formed; and therefore, the roof structure has great insulating and heat-separating effect; and besides, the application construction method of the roof structure is simple and suitable for promotion and application.
