A sealing cavity formed by the outer package structure body is filled with the tablet core. The outer package structure body comprises a time control part. The time control part comprises slow-releasing enteric-coating material and colon locating and dissolving material. The tablet core comprises material used for changing colors of urine and/excreta. By recognizing changes in colors of urine and/excreta, judgments can be made as to whether an examinee is suitable for examination of capsule endoscopy or not.
