Abstract

The environmental-friendly water permeable brick comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of coarse aggregate of steel slag particles, 5-30 parts of fine aggregate of nickel iron slag particles, 5-40 parts of a special cementing material, 0.2-1.2 parts of a coloring agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a water reducing agent and 1-20 parts of water. The brick preparation process comprises the following steps: crushing and screening; preparing the special cementing material; mixing and stirring; adding the water reducing agent; paving in a layered manner; pressurizing and molding; and performing carbon permeable curing. The water permeable bricks necessary for current sponge city construction are prepared by fully utilizing the characteristics of the steel slag and nickel iron slag, and the bricks have the characteristics of cost economy and environment friendliness and can be widely applied to parks, squares, campuses, pedestrian ways and other places.
