The pulse trigger module comprises a DC power source unit, a pulse capacitor unit, a MOSFET unit, a magnetic core unit and an FPGA control circuit unit for controlling the MOSFET. The pulse trigger module is advantaged in that no breakdown of a grid electrode of a driven MOSFET switch is guaranteed through the FPGA control circuit, reliable turn-off of the driven MOSFET switch is further guaranteed, a 20-second period is employed by an FPGA control loop, namely 20-second MOSFET closing control, and a signal is generated and acts on a later circuit. A driving circuit has excellent frequency characteristics, the MOSFET switch works under the best voltage and frequency condition, and self loss is relatively small; the MOSFET switch is applied to a high voltage loop, the driving circuit is isolated with the whole control circuit in potential, and safe operation of the control circuit is guaranteed.
