Abstract

The invention discloses a test device of temperature rising of a motor. The test device comprises an accompany test motor and a tested motor which rotates through connection with the accompany test motor. The test device also comprises a large-power variable-resistance cabinet connected with the output end of the tested motor. The output end of the tested motor is connected with a first power tester. The input end of the accompany test motor is connected with a control frequency converter. In the test device, input control of a permanent magnetic motor is achieved by use of a set of control frequency converters; load of the motor is simulated through the large-power variable-resistance cabinet; control is quite simple; test difficulty is reduced; a pure resistance load mode is actually and precisely simulated through resistance adjustment of the resistance cabinet; the load is easily adjusted at anytime; cost of the test device is reduced; out of step, sudden stopping and running away of a vehicle does not easily occur; test safety is improved; temperature rising requirements of the permanent magnetic motor are met; the pure resistance load is formed in the system, so the test results are nearer to actual working conditions; and technical problems of high cost, big control difficulty and quite poor system safety of the current motor temperature rising test are effectively solved.
