Assist means to aid users of bath and shower facilities; said means having installation independent of the typical screw type wall fasteners. Assist means comprising a horizontal grip bar having longitudinal, lateral, and vertical restraints. The longitudinal restraints consist of compressible means rotatively attaching to each extremity of the grip bar. Said lateral restraints comprise tensile means, suction cups, or like means, securing the grip bar to an enclosure wall parallel to the bar. During installation the grip bar is rotated about its longitudinal axis, causing the compressible means at each extremity to forcefully engage an enclosure wall. The vertical restraints connect to the grip bar and to lower compressible means that secure said restraints to the rim of a bathtub. A tub entry-exit bar and lift bar attaching to said grip bar provide safe assistance for the user.

A load release system provides load control safety for a rotary aircraft by automatically and manually releasing a load from an attached anchor when a predetermined load design point is reached. The system includes a cord that is disposed to extend between the load and the anchor, often through an anchor line. The cord is configured to release the load manually or automatically at a predetermined load design point, such as an excessive force, weight, tension, or movement. A load end includes a carabiner that manually attaches to and releases from the load. An anchor end includes a manual quick release ring with a pivoting end that is locked and released with a pin. The manual quick release ring is manually attached to and released from the anchor. An automatic release section automatically separates when the predetermined load design point is reached.

The bowed beams support a set of flat angled ramps that are aligned with the truck bed. The tailgate is swung to an open position so that the ramps extend down from the truck bed and are joined by a detachable ramp to form one or more low incline ramps for loading and unloading items into the cargo bay.

The present invention discloses various aspects of a cable reel trailer that uses the automotive force of a tractor or truck used to transport the trailer, a method of making same, and a method of using. The inclusion of a pivotally connected tongue that is pivotally connected to the main frame of the trailer overcomes many of the aforementioned problems with the prior art because there is no motor or hydraulic system necessary for lifting the cable reel securely on to the trailer. In accordance with the present invention, the towing automotive force, such as a truck, tractor or any other hauling vehicle, provides all the power for lifting the cable reel, rather than requiring a separate power source on the trailer for doing the heavy lifting. By locking up the wheel on the trailer with a wheel stop, the forward movement provided by a towing truck can concentrate on lifting the cable reel instead of moving the trailer forward. This means that no separate on-board power is needed for lifting the cable reel.
