The present invention is a towel or absorbent cloth adapted for use by a fisherman for grasping a freshly caught fish with measurement means visible on a surface of the towel or absorbent cloth. In a preferred embodiment, attaching means provide for attachment of the towel to a belt or pants top of a user so that it can be easily reached upon catching a fish. A battery safety enclosure is provided that contains a battery pack and is attached to a vehicle with a frame. With the adoption of the decapping device, decapping can be realized safely, reliably and quickly through reduction of the decapping force.

A hand-operated inflator with dual cylinder is provided.
