Abstract

A control device comprises a proportional burner as well as a gas pipe and a combustion-supporting air pipe which are connected with the proportional burner separately; a linear combustion-supporting air execution mechanism and an air quantity sensor are connected to the combustion-supporting air pipe; a linear gas execution mechanism and a gas quantity sensor are connected to the gas pipe; the linear gas execution mechanism is electrically connected with a thermocouple through a temperature controller; the thermocouple measures the temperature in a kiln; and the temperature controller controls (a gas quantity) at the valve location of the linear gas execution mechanism through the difference between the temperature value measured by the thermocouple and a set value. The control device further comprises a combustion-supporting air controller, wherein the combustion-supporting air controller is electrically connected with the linear combustion-supporting air execution mechanism and the air quantity sensor separately; and the gas quantity sensor is electrically connected with the combustion-supporting air controller through a proportional controller. The online linearly-proportionally-controlled combustion system and the control method are accurate in temperature control and air-fuel ratio control, and stable in running, solve the problem of fluctuation of atmosphere in the kiln, stabilize the product quality, and further avoid the problems of coking, carbon deposition, flameout and the like of the spray head of the burner.
