Abstract

The invention provides a high-strength corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy for a pre-twisted suspension clamp and a casting process thereof. The aluminum alloy comprises, by weight, 5.5-6.8% of Si, 0.6-0.85% of Mn, 0.25-0.45% of Mg, 0.1-0.15% of Ti, 0.2-0.4% of Sr, 0.05-0.08% of V, 0.01-0.03% of B, and the balance Al and inevitable impurities. The casting process of the high-strength corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy comprises the following steps of (1) smelting: controlling the temperature of an aluminum alloy solution to be 750-780 DEG C and conducting refining, degassing, standing and slagging-off treatment; (2) preheating a metal mold and conducting casting; (3) cooling an obtained casting to the indoor temperature, heating the cooled casting to 540-550 DEG C at the speed of 110-120 DEG C per h, and quenching the heated casting in water of 75-85 DEG C for 7-8 min; putting the quenched casting into a low-temperature furnace of 170-180 DEG C for ageing for 2.5-3.5 h, taking out the aged casting and cooling the casting to the indoor temperature.
