Abstract

The invention discloses a device for determining COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) value of negative-pressure distilled fracturing flow-back fluid steam. The device comprises a vacuum pump, a vacuum pressure gauge, a buffering bottle, a porous glass plate absorption bottle, a distillation bottle and a heater, wherein a certain amount of fracturing flow-back fluid to be treated is filled into the distillation bottle; a certain amount of distilled water is filled into the porous glass plate absorption bottle. The heater is used for heating the fracturing flow-back fluid in the distillation bottle; the fracturing flow-back fluid steam generated by distillation forms condensed liquid through suction of the vacuum pump and then the condensed liquid flows into the porous glass plate absorption bottle. The buffering bottle arranged between the porous glass plate absorption bottle and the vacuum pump is used for protecting the vacuum pump. By adopting the device disclosed by the invention, distillation is carried out on a negative-pressure environment, so that the distillation time is shortened and the COD value of in the high-pressure fracturing flow-back fluid steam can also be improved; the COD removal rate is improved under the same initial discarding ratio.
