Abstract
The invention discloses a reagent for H7 subtype avian influenza virus detection, a detection method and an application. The reagent for H7 subtype avian influenza virus detection comprises a primer pair and a probe, wherein the upstream primer and the downstream primer of the primer pair are a sequence which is shown as Seq ID No.1 and a sequence which is shown as Seq ID No.2 respectively, and the probe is a sequence which is shown as Seq ID No.3 or a reverse complement sequence of the sequence which is shown as the Seq ID No.3; in the probe, the 32th base group modifies BHQ1-dT, the 36th base group modifies 6-FAM-dT, and the 34th base group is replaced with dSpacer, 3' end modifies C3Spacer. The reagent for H7 subtype detection can specifically detect an H7 subtype from numerous avian influenza viruses accurately and sensitively and provides an effective method and approach for the prevention and control of the H7 subtype. The detection method is short in consumed time, high in sensitivity and low in hardware equipment requirement, does not need complex sample processing and is particularly suitable for spot rapid detection.
Description
technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of detection of avian influenza virus, in particular to a reagent, detection method and application for detection of H7 subtype avian influenza virus. Background technique [0002] Avian influenza (AI) is a viral infectious disease that occurs in various poultry and wild birds caused by avian influenza A virus in the Orthomyxoviridae family. The disease first broke out in chicken flocks in Italy in 1978 and has spread to many countries around the world. Due to the different antigenicity of HA and NA of different avian influenza viruses, 16 HA subtypes and 9 NA subtypes have been found so far. In addition, two new type A influenza virus subtypes have been isolated from bats. H17N10 and H18N11. According to the pathogenicity of avian influenza virus to artificially infected chickens, it can be divided into highly pathogenic avian influenza (abbreviated HPAIV) and low pathogenic avian influenza (abbreviated L...
