The device comprises an electrode assembly, wherein the electrode assembly comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, a third electrode and a fourth electrode; the first electrode, the second electrode, the third electrode and the fourth electrode are sequentially arranged in parallel; a round hole is formed in the middle part of each electrode; in addition, centers of the round holes of all the electrodes are coaxial; a grid mesh is arranged on each round hole and used for allowing ions to pass through; the first electrode and second electrode form a quality gate; the quality gate is used for selecting ions with specific mass number; the second electrode and the third electrode form a dissociation zone; the dissociation zone is used for dissociating ions selected by the quality gate under the irradiation of dissociative laser to generate fragment ions; the second electrode, the third electrode and the fourth electrode form a two-stage acceleration electric field for accelerating the fragment ions, so that the fragment ions reach an ion detector microchannel plate.
