Abstract

The invention discloses a milling machine spindle operation control system which comprises a spindle coil and a power supply and further comprises a reversing device and a controller. The spindle coil is electrified to generate a magnetic field to drive a spindle to rotate; the power supply is used for inputting currents into the spindle coil; the reversing device is used for changing the current input direction of the spindle coil; the controller is used for controlling the reversing device; the reversing device is connected between the spindle coil and the power supply and is electrically connected with the controller. When the milling machine spindle operation control system is applied, by controlling the rotation direction of the spindle, burrs generated in the machining process can be conveniently, effectively and completely removed or avoided, and thus the bad effect of the burrs on the subsequent machining process is avoided; and meanwhile, a secondary drilling process is not needed, so that the bad effect of drilling deviation on accuracy of a half hole is avoided.
