Embodiment 1

[0031] Example 1: The processing method of using vacuum freeze-drying technology to achieve microporous bamboo material includes the following steps:

[0032] (1) Material: original fresh bamboo;

[0033] (2) Saturation treatment: Saturate the bamboo to make the moisture content of the bamboo reach 50%;

[0034] (3) Pre-freezing treatment: cool the treated bamboo to 0°C and keep it warm for 3 hours;

[0035] (4) Freezing treatment: place the bamboo material treated in (3) in the cold well bin of the vacuum freeze-drying equipment for freezing at a freezing temperature of -60°C for 24 hours;

[0036] (5) Vacuum drying: Put the bamboo material treated in (4) into a vacuum drying system to achieve sublimation drying from solid to gaseous moisture;

[0037] (6) Preservation: Store the bamboo material treated in (5) at a temperature of 0℃ in a sealed environment to prevent rehydration.

[0038] After measurement: the bamboo material obtained by this method has a moisture content of 11%.

Embodiment 2

[0039] Embodiment 2: The processing method of using vacuum freeze-drying technology to realize the microporous bamboo material includes the following steps:

[0040] (1) Material: original fresh bamboo;

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technology of wood science and technology specialty emphasis in the forestry engineering field, and particularly relates to a bamboo multi-micropore treatment method as well as a product and an application. The bamboo multi-micropore treatment method comprises the following steps of: (1) taking materials; (2) performing saturated water treatment: performing saturated water treatment on bamboo; (3) performing pre-freezing treatment: cooling treated bamboo and preserving the heat; (4) performing freezing treatment: freezing bamboo treated in step (3); (5) performing vacuum drying: performing vacuum drying on the bamboo treated in step (4); and (6) storing: performing sealing storage on the bamboo treated in step (5). The bamboo has porosity of 57%-83%, and moisture content of 6%-12%. Subsequent processing for the bamboo comprises the following steps of: bamboo drying, bamboo recombining and bamboo anti-corrosion mildew-proof treatment. The bamboo is treated through special means, and the freeze-dried bamboo is processed subsequently, so that the multi-micropore structure of the bamboo is realized, and permeability of the bamboo is improved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the professional direction of wood science and technology in the forestry engineering field, and specifically relates to a bamboo material microporous treatment method, product and application. Background technique [0002] my country is a country with relative shortage of timber resources in the world. With the increase of people's awareness of environmental protection, the contradiction between timber supply and demand has become increasingly prominent. Finding suitable timber substitutes is an inevitable requirement for the development of a circular economy and a conservation-oriented society. At the same time, my country is rich in bamboo resources, and bamboo has the advantages of fast growth, short growth cycle, and low cost. As a substitute for wood, it has been widely used in furniture, floors, building walls and other fields. The bamboo industry, as a new industry with huge potential, is quietly changing our lives and is gr...
