After water is added for mixing, the dust remover accounts for 15-25% of the total volume of the rust removal liquid. The environmental-friendly type rust removal liquid with the pH value being 6.5-6.8 is neutral, has good permeability and generates the contact foaming effect on an object. Therefore, when the rust removal liquid is used for cleaning and rust removal, the permeating foaming effect on rust and scale cinder on the surface of a black metal workpiece is achieved, so that the rust and the scale cinder are peeled off physically and sink at the bottom of a rust removal liquid storage tank; and therefore the rust removal effect is good, the cleaning and rust removal capacities can be lasted, and the service life is long.
