Embodiment 1

[0020] Example 1: At 23°C, 0.02g (1% o.m.f), 0.04g (2% o.m.f), 0.06g (3% o.m.f), and 0.10g (5% o.m.f) natural dye gardenia blue and cationic dye 0.3g (15% o.m.f) of color fixing agent was made into 70mL dye liquor (bath ratio 1:35), and after stirring until uniform, 2g of cotton yarn was immersed in the dye liquor, and dyed in a dyeing machine at room temperature for 15 Minutes, let the natural dye gardenia blue and cationic dye fixing agent be evenly and slowly absorbed on the cotton yarn. Then heat it up to 80°C at a heating rate of 2°C / min, keep it warm for 45 minutes, then drop it to 23°C at a cooling rate of 5°C / min, take out the dyed cotton yarn and dry it in an oven at 90°C. Wash the dyed cotton yarn after drying in 70ml washing solution containing 2g / L non-ionic detergent at 70°C for 15min, and finally dry it to complete the dyeing.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving dyeing property of natural dye. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving the natural dye with the mass being 3 to 40 percent of that of to-be-dyed fiber and a cationic dye fixer being 5 to 20 percent of that of the to-be-dyed fiber into water, and stirring until dye liquor is uniform, thus completing preparation of the dye liquor; soaking the to-be-dyed fiber into the prepared dye liquor for a period of time, then heating up to a dyeing temperature of 70 to 100 DEG C, and then preserving heat for 30 to 90min, thus completing colouring on the to-be-dyed fiber; after colouring is completed, reducing the temperature of the dye liquor to room temperature, taking out the fiber, and drying; washing the dried fiber with a detergent, and removing loose colour; drying the washed fiber, thus completing dyeing of the natural dye. The method has the beneficial effects that a suction rate and a fixation rate of the natural dye can be improved, meanwhile the colour fastness to washing of the the natural dye is also improved, and the colour and lustre of the natural dye cannot be affected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of textile chemistry and relates to a method for improving the dyeing performance of natural dyes. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the increasingly prominent ecological environment and human health issues, environmentally friendly renewable biological resources have attracted people's attention. As a sustainable biological resource, natural dyes extracted from animals and plants have the advantages of non-toxic, harmless, non-polluting and biodegradable. They have been used as a dyeing agent for textile dyeing long before the advent of synthetic dyes. . With the improvement of people's living standards, textiles dyed with natural dyes are favored by consumers, and the dyeing technology of natural dyes has received extensive attention. [0003] Natural dyes have low brilliance, uneven hue, and deviation in weather fastness. These shortcomings are largely determined by the structure of th...
