Problems solved by technology

[0003] There are corresponding detection methods and standards for the detection of chromium content in edible gelatin in various places. The existing detection methods of chromium content include atomic absorption spectrophotometry, spectrophotometry, X-ray fluorescence analysis, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, etc. However, the above methods all have the disadvantages of complex sample pretreatment, long detection time, high cost and high detection requirements.
However, there is no related technology for detecting chromium content in edible gelatin using terahertz waves

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quantitatively detecting chromium in edible gelatin on the basis of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. According to the method, firstly, multiple samples with different chromium content are prepared, then the multiple samples and a blank state are tested respectively by a terahertz time-domain spectral system, time-domain terahertz signals of the to-be-detected samples and the blank state in a preset frequency band are obtained, an absorption coefficient of each sample is calculated by performing Fourier transform on the time-domain terahertz signals, and a quantitative analysis model for the chromium content and the absorption coefficients is constructed with a least square method, so that the chromium content of an unknown sample can be calculated according to the absorption coefficient of the unknown sample. The samples are prepared conveniently and rapidly, addition of other substances is not needed in a detection process, a chemical processing process is not needed, the operation is simple, the analysis speed is high, and the cost is low; besides, by means of the constructed quantitative analysis model, a detection result is more real and more effective.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detection of heavy metal content in medicines, in particular to a method for quantitative detection of chromium in edible gelatin based on terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] Gelatin is widely used in medicine, food, health products and adhesive industries. Different industries have different requirements for the control of the trace element chromium content in gelatin. Numerous studies have shown that chromium compounds are toxic, carcinogenic, and genetically mutagenic. Therefore, the analysis and detection of trace chromium in edible gelatin is the focus of people's attention. In order to prevent businesses from using industrial gelatin instead of medicinal gelatin in the process of making capsules and endangering people’s health, it is imperative to strictly control the chromium content in edible gelatin. Therefore, it is imperative to establish an accurate and fast qua...
