Problems solved by technology

This method requires cumbersome mechanical stepping raster scanning, which leads to lengthy imaging experiment time and reduces the utilization efficiency of the neutron light source; affected by the polychromaticity of the neutron source, the absorption signal and refraction signal of the separated object are not Quantitative, with some uncertainty
These limitations hinder the popularization and application of neutron grating interferometer in the field of material quantitative characterization

Embodiment Construction

[0033] Such as figure 1 As shown, the neutron grating interferometer includes: a neutron source 1, a source grating 2, a velocity selector 3, a phase grating 4, an analysis grating 5 and a detector 6; Imaging object 7; the imaged object 7 is attached to the inner side of the phase grating 4; an analysis grating 5 is arranged outside the phase grating 4; the axial distance from the phase grating 4 to the analysis grating 5 is d; the detector 6 is attached to the analysis grating 5 outside; in the present embodiment, the imaging method of dual-wavelength neutron grating interferometer is to carry out as follows:

[0034] Step 1, fix the phase grating 4 and the analysis grating 5, and move the source grating 2, the moving distance is a quarter period of the source grating 2, so that the neutron grating interferometer is fixed at the half-waist position of the light intensity curve, such as figure 2 shown; the moving direction is the direction perpendicular to the optical axis a...

Abstract

The invention discloses an imaging method for a dual-wavelength neutron grating interferometer. The method comprises the following steps: 1) moving a grating and fixing a working point of the neutron grating interferometer on a halfway position of a light intensity curve; 2) setting a first equivalent wavelength as lambda 1 and respectively acquiring a background projection image and a projection image of an imaged object; 3) setting a second equivalent wavelength as lambda 2 and respectively acquiring the background projection image and the projection image of the imaged object; and 4) respectively extracting absorption and refraction signals of the imaged object in the equivalent wavelength lambda. The invention abandons the complex grating mechanical scanning, simplifies the imaging process of the neutron grating interferometer, increases the data collecting efficiency and quantitatively acquires the absorption and refraction signals of the imaged object in the equivalent wavelength lambda, so that a new method for quickly and quantitatively expressing the imaged object is provided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of neutron imaging physics and methods, in particular to an imaging method of a dual-wavelength neutron grating interferometer. Background technique [0002] The neutron grating interferometer uses the wave nature of neutrons to generate images of the imaged object, and can simultaneously provide absorption, refraction and dark field images of the imaged object. The absorption image is related to the attenuation properties of the imaged object, the refraction image is related to the phase shift when neutrons penetrate the imaged object, and the dark field image is derived from the small-angle scattering properties of the imaged object. In recent years, neutron grating interferometers have been applied to in situ visualization of magnetic domain structures inside bulk materials, characterization of internal structures of fuel cells, etc. [0003] In the neutron grating interferometer, similar to the X-ray grating inte...
