An auxiliary guide pipe is arranged in a hollow space. One end of the auxiliary guide pipe is connected with the rigid wheel. When the cam is sleeved with the flexible wheel, the flexible wheel is oval, teeth at the two ends of the flexible wheel in the long shaft direction are completely engaged with teeth of the rigid wheel, and teeth at the two ends of the flexible wheel in the short shaft direction are kept disengaged from the teeth of the rigid wheel.
