Abstract

The invention discloses a method for obtaining grade standard images of brain glioma. The method comprises the following steps: utilizing a probe of a Raman detection system to irradiate brain tissue samples at different glioma grades and exciting Raman signals and obtaining Raman spectrums through a spectrum analyzer; then, comparing Roman peaks corresponding to proteins with Roman peaks corresponding to lipids to obtain ratios of all grades in Raman spectrums at all grades of brain gliomas; taking brain glioma grades and ratios of all grades as horizontal ordinates and vertical ordinates to obtain the grade standard images of brain gliomas. The standard images of brain glioma can assist doctors to carry out in-situ diagnoses in a real-time manner. During a brain operation, the probe of the Raman system is utilized for irradiating brain tissues of a patient. After Raman spectrums are obtained, data is processed such that the obtained result is compared with the standard images. Lesions of brain tissues of the patient can be obtained so that in-situ diagnoses of brain gliomas can be realized in a real-time manner. As a result, the method for obtaining grade standard images of brain glioma does not only accurately obtain grades of brain gliomas but also shortens the operation time and reduces the risk.
