The production process comprises the following steps: batching 0-100 parts by weight of natural latex, 0-100 parts by weight of butylbenzene latex, 2-4 parts by weight of an emulsifying agent, 5-9 parts by weight of a vulcanizing agent, 4-6 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 3-5 parts by weight of a foaming agent, 0.8-1.5 parts by weight of potassium pyrophosphate, and 3-5 parts by weight of sodium fluosilicate to form a raw material of the pillowcase, wherein the raw material comprise at least one of the natural latex and the butylbenzene latex; curing the raw material of the pillowcase for 2-6 hours under the condition of the temperature of 26-30 DEG C; foaming the cured raw material of the pillowcase; injecting the foamed raw material of the pillowcase into a template, and curding; vulcanizing the curded raw material of the pillowcase; washing the vulcanized raw material of the pillowcase with water; drying the washed raw material of the pillowcase.
